PHOENIX-Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial has closed the sale of a retail center and an office building in Phoenix. Aegon USA Realty Advisors in Iowa has sold North Park Plaza, a 101,361-square-foot property at 530 W. Osborn Road, to Los Angeles-based Westwood Financial Corp. for $13 million.
In the second deal, Real Estate Value Advisors has sold the 89,099-square-foot Phoenix Peak office building measuring at 7310 N. 16th St. to Alvarado Realty for $10.2 million. Cassidy Turley brokers handled the both deals. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
