WAUKESHA, WI-Ted Skelton, owner of Delafield-based Williamstowne Properties, has bought a 50,844-square-foot office property in Brookfield for less than $1.5 million in an online auction. The building, located at 20855 Watertown Road, overlooks Interstate 94 and is 44% occupied.
Current occupiers include Diesel & Gas Turbine Publications and Buelow Vetter Buikema Olson and Vliet LLC. The acquisition was financed by New Berlin-based Landmark Credit Union.
