ATLANTA—LW Hospitality Advisors is beating the expansion drum. The New York-based hospitality-centric real estate valuation and consulting firm is opening an office in Atlanta, and hotel real estate industry veteran Tony Jenkins will lead the Atlanta office as managing director.
“Our strategy is to continue to grow our platform and practice so we can appropriately service a broad range of our clients' hotel real estate services requirements,” Daniel Lesser, president amd CEO of LW Hospitality Advisors, tells Globest.com. “Expanding our geographic presence is a natural extension of the growth momentum we are currently experiencing.”
Jenkins brings more than 25 years of experience in a wide range of hospitality operational, valuation and advisory services to LW Hospitality Advisors. He provides services to corporate, institutional and individual clients on many facets of hospitality real estate including expert testimony, site evaluation, highest and best use analysis, appraisals, feasibility and market studies.
Jenkins most recently served as a vice president at PKF Consulting USA. He was previously a partner with the hotel consulting and valuation firm Atlantic Hospitality Advisors, which merged with PKF Consulting USA during 2010. Prior to joining AHA he was principal of Province Valuation Group and he served as general manager and vice president of Acquisitions and Dispositions for Southmark Hospitality Management.
LWHA recently marked its one year anniversary. During the next year the firm anticipates additional growth with new offices in the Midwest and West Coast.
