CARLSBAD, CA-Bixby Land Co., a commercial real estate firm based in Orange County, has purchased Palomar Oaks Technology Park, an R&D and office complex in Carlsbad, for $15.8 million. The 170,915-square-foot property was sold by Arden Realty Limited.
The six-building property includes five R&D buildings comprising 124,378 square feet of space and one three-story office building comprising 46,537 square feet of space.
