
LONDON-CBRE Global Investors has acquired four properties for GBP 36.265 million. The company has bought the 35,760-square-foot Wey Retail Park property in Byfleet from LaSalle Asset Management for GBP 12.85 million; the 26,841-square-foot 77 Queen Victoria Street property in London for GBP 11 million; the 23,313-square-foot 28-32 St Ann Street building in Manchester for GBP 5.6 million from Grant Thornton UK LLP; and Ashburton Park in Trafford Park, Manchester for GBP 6.815 million from PRUPIM.
