BETHLEHEM, PA-Larken Associates has acquired four multifamily properties here from the Solomon Organization for an undisclosed sum. The transaction totals 430 garden units at the Waters Edge Apartments, The Hills at Lehigh, The Meadows at Lehigh and River Walk.
Larken has been quite active in the area, building in western New Jersey, David Gardner, president and COO of Hillsborough, NJ-based Larken, tells GlobeSt.com. “Five or six years ago, we started building in the Lehigh Valley area,” Gardner says.
