FRANKLIN, WI-Wilmington, Delaware-based SBI General Portfolio Owner LLC has bought the Shoppes at Wyndham Village, a shopping center developed by Mark Carstensen in Franklin, for $11.5 million in a foreclosure auction. The mall is located at the southeast corner of West Drexel Avenue and Highway 100.
The retail center was developed in 2008 and is valued at $8.86 million. Since February 2011, Richter Realty has been managing the property and it will continue manage under the new owner. For the full story, go to Business Journal Serving Greater Milwaukee .
