DALLAS-PM Realty Group, a commercial real estate firm, has sold three of its medical developments located in North Texas for $43 million. The three medical office buildings were sold to Universal Health Realty Income Trust.
The properties include Tuscan Professional Building, a 52,868-square-foot medical office building in Las Colinas, Forney Medical Plaza, a 50,946-square-foot building on East US Highway 80 in Forney, and Lake Pointe Medical Arts, a 50,974-square-foot building near Lake Pointe Hospital in Rowlett.
