BOSTON-Clarion Partners LLC has purchased a pair of office buildings in Back Bay, Boston. The two 13-story buildings, which comprise a total area of 184,000 square feet at 535 and 545 Boylston Street, changed hands for $87.1 million.

Clarion has bought the two Back Bay office buildings on behalf of a client. Both buildings were constructed in the mid-1960s and 1970s. They are currently 92% occupied.
