
SAN ANTONIO-Columbia, Maryland-based Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT) has sold an empty office property at Sentry Gateway 100 and a four-acre land adjacent to the office building. The company reported that it has sold the properties to CPS Energy for $15.5 million.
CPS Energy will build a primary data center on the four acres of land. The properties are part of COPT's office park, Sentry Gateway. Larry Mendez and Amber Austin of Transwestern negotiated the deal on behalf of COPT. For the full story, go to San Antonio Business Journal .
