
MINNEAPOLIS-Plymouth-based Dominium has bought the Buzza manufacturing plant in Uptown with plans to transform the building into a 136-unit affordable housing. The developer has purchased the 139,000-square-foot building situated at 1006 West Lake St. from the Minneapolis Public Schools.
The new project will be known as Buzza Lofts. The building was constructed in 1916. The developer was previously called the Lehmann Center.
