HOUSTON-A partnership associated with Kaplan Management Co. has bought Greenbriar Chateau, an apartment complex consisting of 145 units near Rice University, with plans to replace the building with a new apartment development. The new owner is planning to construct a new apartment complex consisting of 250 to 300 units.
