AVONDALE, AZ-Scottsdale-based Reddy Development has paid $7.75 million for the Coldwater Springs Promenade on the southwest corner of Avondale Boulevard and Van Buren Street in Avondale. The company has plans to complete the partially developed project.
The retail project includes five undeveloped pads and nearly 11,500 square feet of empty space. Brokers from Phoenix's CBRE Capital Markets represented the buyer, while brokers from CBRE's National Retail Investment Group and CBRE's Phoenix office represented Phoenix-based Labrusca Holdings Corp., the seller, in the deal.
