FAIRFIELD, CT-TIAA-CREF has acquired Kings Crossing Shopping Center, an 80,702-square-foot property in Fairfield, Connecticut, from HH East Parcel LLC, an entity headed by Summit Development. As reported by LoopNet, the grocery-anchored retail center changed hands for $57.5 million.

The Whole Foods-anchored center is situated next to the Fairfield train station. The property, opened in 2011, is 95.5% leased. CBRE Group Inc. negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller as well as the buyer. For the full story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
