NEW YORK CITY-Centurion Realty and Stanley Chera's Crown Acquisitions have completed the acquisition of 103-107 Prince St. The partnership has bought the property, which houses the city's first Apple store, for $70.85 million.

Apple signed a 20-year lease at 103-107 Prince St. and it has nearly seven years left on the deal. It has closed the space for a $30-million renovation and will expand its space to 30,000 square feet. The property was earlier owned by the Berk family. For the full story, go to New York Post .
