
BALTIMORE-A Providence, Rhode Island-based hotel group has bought a 365-room hotel in Baltimore. The Procaccianti Group has purchased the Holiday Inn Baltimore Inner Harbor hotel for an undisclosed amount.
The hotel is located at 301 W. Lombard St. The Procaccianti Group, which holds 61 hotels, already owns two hotels in Maryland. The two hotels are Crowne Plaza Washington, DC, a 231-room hotel in Silver Spring, and DoubleTree BWI Airport, a 210-room hotel in Linthicum. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
