MIAMISBURG, OH-BW Partners Ltd. is buying an 80-acre land on Byers Road from the city of Miamisburg for $4.1 million to develop a new business park, called Austin Business Park. The project will be BW Partners' second one in Miamisburg.
BW Partners is a joint venture between Miamisburg-based Construction Managers of Ohio and Washington Township-based Mark Fornes Realty Inc. The company is planning to begin the first building in Austin Business Park this year. For the full story, go to Dayton Business Journal .
