
COLUMBIA, MD-Connecticut-based Greenfield Partners has bought 20 buildings in three business parks in Columbia from Prologis Inc. The portfolio fetched $70.5 million.
The business parks include the Columbia Business Center, the Oakland Ridge Business Park and Gateway Crossing 95. Cassidy Turley arranged a $70.5-million debt financing for the deal.
