AUSTIN, TX-San Francisco-based DivcoWest has purchased a two-building office project in northwest Austin. The investor has bought Prominent Pointe I & II, which comprise a total area of 261,243 square feet, from Aspen Properties.
Prominent Pointe I contains 153,312 square feet of space and Prominent Pointe II contains 107,931 square feet of space with a 671-space parking garage.
