OAKLAND, CA-Energy Solutions has snapped up a Class B office property in downtown Oakland. The consulting firm recently acquired the Broadway Atrium in Oakland for $10.4 million from Redwood Mortgage Investors.
The 60,000-square-foot office building is located at 449 15th St. Energy Solutions earlier occupied space in two other office buildings, including 1610 Harrison St., in downtown Oakland.
