CHICAGO-Hamilton Partners, a developer based in Itasca, has sold a joint venture interest in Riverwalk II, a 259,000-square-foot office building in Buffalo Grove, for more than $9 million. Mark Hamilton confirmed that the stake in the 11-story office building, located at 2100 E. Lake Cook Road, was sold to JSQ Commercial LLC for $9.4 million.

The joint venture between Hamilton and JSQ refinanced the building with a $23.5-million loan from PrivateBankcorp Inc. of Chicago. Riverwalk II, developed in 1998, is 87.1% leased. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
