ONTARIO, CA-Kevin Aussef has joined CBRE to lead the Inland Empire Region. Aussef will be based in the Ontario office, and as senior managing director, will oversee the delivery of CBRE’s comprehensive services platform in the two-county region.
Aussef will take over the role from Natalie Bazarevitsch who will now oversee CBRE’s Los Angeles North Region and will be based in Universal City. “Kevin is a natural leadership coach with proven success developing and mentoring sales professionals. His dynamic and energizing leadership approach has proven extremely successful throughout his career,” explains Lewis C. Horne, executive managing director for CBRE’s GLA/OC Region. “We’re thrilled to bring an executive of his caliber to CBRE to lead our Inland Empire region, a market he understands intimately and for which he is a passionate advocate.“
Aussef has served as partner and managing director for the Western Region for Marcus & Millichap where he led 15 offices and 500 sales professionals. Prior to that he was vice president and regional manager for the Inland Empire region. He started his career with Marcus & Millichap as a sales professional in 1988, and was ranked in the top 10 nationally.

Meanwhile, Bazarevitsch, who has been with CBRE in the Inland Empire for 17 years, with the last four as the market leader, will take over an expansive region that spans the entire San Fernando Valley, Simi Valley and Santa Barbara County.
