MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA-Boston Properties Inc. has paid $71.5 million in cash to purchase an office building located in Mountain View from Tishman Speyer Properties. Tishman purchased the building located at 2440 W. El Camino Real in 2007 for $55 million. The 140,000-square-foot property was 100% occupied at the time of sale. Dechert LLP, Intellectual Ventures Management and Silicon Valley Community Foundation are some of the tenants of the property.
