ATLANTA-Multifamily lending is not slowing down, and opportunities seem to keep increasing in the commercial real estate sector.

ATLANTA-Even though commercial real estate lending has had difficulties over the last six years, that's not been the case with the multifamily sector, says Scott Cunningham, senior vice president at Apartment Bank. He spoke with GlobeSt.com at the recent MBA CREF Convention & Expo.
