WASHINGTON, DC-Trammell Crow Co. and its joint venture partners, Crow Holdings Realty Partners IV, LP and Cottonwood Partners, report that they have secured $181 million in financing on the Sentinel Square project in NoMa. This includes permanent financing on Sentinel Square I--the 12-story, 412,661 square foot building located at 90 K St., NE--and a construction loan for Sentinel Square II, at 1050 First St., NE, which is slated to start development later this month.

Sentinel Square is a planned, 1.3 million-square-foot, multi-phase project. TCC did not return a call to GlobeSt.com in time for publication.
