ATLANTA-There is a lot of capital looking to make deals, but it is staying in the primary commercial real estate markets.

ATLANTA-Capital for commercial real estate acquisistions is still in primary cities for trophy assets, and secondary markets are seeing much investment yet, says Robert Brennan, a senior managing director at Guggenheim Partners. He spoke at the recent MBA CREF Convention & Expo here.

He also talked about:

When tertiary and secondary commercial real estate markets will get hotter.
