CHICAGO-BJB Partners has bought a six-floor apartment building at 839 W. Diversey Parkway in Lincoln Park for $3.9 million. The Park Ridge-based firm bought the 52-unit apartment building from Hung Ng.
BJB Partners has plans to renovate the interior of the building, which has 7 one-bedroom apartments, 45 studios and 2 retail spaces.
