DALLAS-ASCOM Holdings LLC, an investor based in California, has bought the St. Augustine Apartments, an apartment community consisting of 200 units at 1198 N. St. Augustine Road in Dallas. The company purchased the multifamily property at an auction for an undisclosed price.
