
SCHAUMBURG, IL-Arrow Retail, an investment firm based in Dallas, has agreed to purchase the Streets of Woodfield, a 713,000-square-foot shopping mall in Schaumburg, from Hyde Park, New York-based Kimco Realty Corp. The outlet mall is 98% leased to tenants including Carson Pirie Scott, a Whole Foods Market, Dick's Sporting Goods and an AMC movie theater.
