LONDON-The Great Capital Partnership, a joint venture between Capco and Great Portland Estates plc (GPE), has signed agreements to sell five properties situated in London's West End to GPE for GBP 150 million. Kingsland House at 122/124 Regent Street and Carrington House at 126/130 Regent Street are located adjacent to each other.
