GREENBELT, MD-A joint venture between Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co. and Philadelphia-based Rubenstein Partners has acquired the Maryland Trade Center III, an 184,000-square-foot office building at 7501 Greenway Center Drive in Greenbelt, from a special servicer for $11.8 million. MTC Investors LLC, the Trammell and Rubenstein joint venture, has plans to renovate and lease the 184,000-square-foot building, which is half-empty.
