BRENTWOOD, TN-Memphis-based Boyle Investment Company has acquired Synergy Business Park, an eight-building office complex off Franklin Road in Brentwood, for $62.8 million. The 33-acre property was sold by Philadelphia-based Urdang Capital Management and Brentwood-based ProVenture Commercial Real Estate.
Urdang and ProVenture bought the property measuring approximately 500,000 square feet in 2006 for $56 million. The property is currently 90% leased to tenants such as Hart Freeland Roberts, SpecialtyCare Inc. and OHL. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
