ATLANTA-Orlando, Florida-based CNL Lifestyle Properties is planning to purchase four assisted living facilities in metro Atlanta for approximately $80 million from Solomon Holdings III Dogwood Four LLC. The properties include Dogwood Forest of Gainesville, Dogwood Forest of Fayetteville, Dogwood Forest of Alpharetta and Dogwood Forest of Eagles Landing.
