SEATTLE-Harbor Properties, a Seattle developer, has sold two apartment projects in Seattle. Entities with the similar address as New York-based AREA Property Partners bought the Greenhouse building, now underway in Columbia City, and the Mural building in West Seattle for $42.3 million.
Harbor Properties sold the 136-unit Mural project for $32.4 million and the 124-unit Greenhouse project for approximately $9.9 million. The Greenhouse complex is expected to be completed in December. For the full story, go to Seattle Times .
