MENLO PARK, CA-Los Angeles-based Kilroy Realty Corp. has paid more than $162 million for the Menlo Corporate Center, a 374,000-square-foot complex in Menlo Park. The seven-building office complex is 79% leased to 10 tenants such as Allstate Insurance Co. Lucile Packard Children's Hospital at Stanford and E*Trade.
