PARIS-Hammerson has signed agreements to sell 54-60 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honore in the 8th arrondissement of Paris to Ramsbury AB. The company has agreed to sell the freehold of the retail asset for EUR 165 million.
Hammerson bought the 86,111-square-foot mixed-use building in 2005. The scheme contains a 41,979-square-foot retail space, a 2,152-square-foot office space and a 41,979-square-foot residential accommodation. CBRE, Arsene Taxand and BNP Paribas Real Estate advised Hammerson, while Cushman & Wakefield advised Ramsbury AB in the sale. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
