DENVER-Cleveland-based Forest City Enterprises Inc. has sold Quebec Square, a 739,000-square-foot retail center near the Stapleton neighborhood in Denver, for $34.25 million. The buyer's name was not revealed.

Current occupiers at the retail center, located at the corner of Smith Road and Quebec Street, include Home Depot, Office Depot, PetSmart, Sam's Club and WalMart. Forest City produced net proceeds of approximately $8 million through the sale. For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal .
