MILWAUKEE-Rick Wiegand has recently purchased a multifamily property on West Kilbourn Avenue from Wauwatosa-based Waterstone Bank for $1 million. He purchased the 19-unit apartment building at 2125 W. Kilbourn Ave. in Milwaukee in mid-February.
Rick Wiegand is the owner of the 133-room Ambassador Hotel in Milwaukee. He is planning to go ahead with the $25-million expansion of the hotel.
