BALTIMORE-Lutherville-based Goodier-Baker LLC has paid $4.1 million for an industrial building measuring 165,000 square feet at 4241 Brookhill Road in Northwest Baltimore. The property, situated beside the Reisterstown Road Shopping Center, was sold by Continental Realty Corp.
The building is 100% occupied by Gardiners Furniture, which recently lengthened its lease deal through August 2019. Gil Neuman with KLNB LLC and Michael Mull with NAI KLNB represented Continental Realty and procured Goodier-Baker. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
