BIRMINGHAM, UK-Invista Foundation Property Trust has signed agreements to sell BT Office Building situated in West Bromwich for GBP 19.5 million. The office building is leased to British Telecommunications PLC (BT).
IFPT paid GBP 14.86 million in October 2011 for the newly completed office project. The property, which measures 75,000 square feet, is situated on the end of West Bromwich town centre. BT PLC has leased the building for 15 years. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
