VIENNA, VA-The Brick Cos., a real estate development company based in Edgewater, has acquired Westwood Corporate Center IV, an 86,560-square-foot building at 8607 Westwood Center Drive in Tysons Corner, for $26.7 million. The property was sold by a subsidiary of American Real Estate Partners.

The sales price breaks down to about $305 per square foot. American bought the building in February 2006 for $20.2 million. The company hired Cushman & Wakefield Inc. to sell the building. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
