SAN FRANCISCO-Zynga Inc. has reached a contract to purchase its corporate headquarters situated in San Francisco for $228 million. The 670,000-square-foot building and the tract it occupies were listed on the market for sale in January.
The company currently occupies nearly 65% of the building. Farallon Capital Management and TMG Partners own the building. The San Francisco-based owners bought the building for $116.9 million in 2007 and spent additional $85 million in the property. For the full story, go to San Francisco Business Times .
