BOCA RATON, FL-CB Camino Real, LLC has sold Fountains at Camino, a mixed-use office park in Boca Raton, for $16 million. The Delaware-based limited liability company has sold the seven-building office park, situated at 7000-7700 West Camino Real, to Boca Medical Plaza.
The property comprises 184,575 square feet of rentable space. Dominic Montazemi and Scott O'Donnell of CBRE's Private Capital Group and Charles Foschini and Chris Lee of CBRE's Institutional Group negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller.
