TAMPA, FL-Great Bay Distributors Inc. has bought a 96-acre parcel situated along Interstate 275 for $9.75 million. The Pinellas County beer distributor has purchased the Gateway parcel from BB&T Bank, which took control over the property in early 2011 through foreclosure.
CBRE listed the property for $12 million. Great Bay has plans to build a distribution facility and warehouse on the parcel. John Jenkins and Jarib Rodriguez of CBRE handled the deal. For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal .
