CINCINNATI-Brandicorp LLC of Bellevue has sold Stone Creek Towne Center, a 450,000-square-foot retail center in Colerain Township, for $36 million. The retail development, located at the southwest quarter of Interstate 275 and Colerain Avenue, was bought by Oakbrook, Illinois-based Inland Real Estate Corp.
The deal included a 143,000-square-foot space anchored by Bed Bath & Beyond, Old Navy and Best Buy. Cincinnati-based Anchor Associates and Chicago-based Mid-America Real Estate Corp. brokered the deal for Brandicorp. For the full story, go to Business Courier Serving Greater Cincinnati .
