NASHVILLE-An office condominium building situated in the West End submarket of Nashville has got a new owner. As reported by Davidson County property records, 30th Avenue LLC has acquired a 75% stake in the 36,000-square-foot 30 North building for $2.975 million from Capital Bank.

The building, located at 210 30th Avenue North, comprises three floors of office space and two floors of covered parking. The property was earlier sold in May 2011 for $3.9 million. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
