
LONDON-Terrace Hill has sold a residential portfolio to Akelius, a Swedish property group, for GBP 75.35 million. The tenanted properties, purchased by Akelius, are located across 26 sites in the South East of England and London.
The residential properties, which contain 574 apartments, are situated in different locations such as Kennington, Ealing, Clapham, Milton Keynes and Watford. Akelius bought Horsham's Pelham and Waverley Court for GBP 9.1 million in December from Grainger. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
