BALTIMORE-Tryko Partners LLC, a real estate investment group based in New Jersey, has acquired Park Raven, an apartment complex consisting of 253 units at 1806 Ramblewood Road in Northeast Baltimore, from Baltimore-based Continental Realty Corp. The company paid $13 million for the multifamily property.

Park Raven, constructed in 1949, is nearly 95% occupied. With the acquisition, Tryko's Baltimore portfolio has expanded to 1,137 residential units. Uri Kahanow, director of acquisitions at Tryko, facilitated the deal. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
