SUNNYVALE, CA-DivcoWest has acquired the Caribbean Corporate Center, a four-building complex at 1310-1327 Chesapeake Terrace in Moffett Park, Sunnyvale. The company bought the office and R&D complex, which comprises more than 261,059 square feet of space, from LaSalle Investment Management.
The purchase price was not disclosed, but source familiar with the deal said that the property sold for roughly $71 million. Eastdil Secured's Greg Cioth and Edmund Najera marketed the property for LaSalle Investment. For the full story, go to Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal .
