SEATTLE-Harbor Properties of Seattle has sold two multifamily properties for just below $41 million. Late last week, the company sold its Mural apartment project, which comprises 136 units at 4727 42nd Ave. S.W. in the Junction neighborhood of West Seattle, for $32.4 million to Purchase, New York-based AREA Real Estate Opportunity Fund IV.
Prior to the Mural apartment deal, Harbor sold GreenHouse, a 124-unit apartment complex at 3701 S. Hudson St. in Columbia City, for $8.5 million to Urban Partners. For the full story, go to Puget Sound Business Journal .
